I had the chance this morning to look through two excellent reports out from Aberdeen this week. The first is on supply performance management. The second is on supply risk management, one of my favorite topics of late. I also noticed on Aberdeens' website today that Richard Waugh (co-founder of B2eMarkets, and a recent analyst at Aberdeen) is no longer listed (if anyone knows where Richard has landed, drop me a line). Also, it would appear that Stan Elbaum has also left the firm as well. But judging by the quality of these two reports, it would appear that Kevin Fitzgerald and my buddy -- and fellow foodie and wine enthusiast -- Tim Minahan are still cranking out great material. And now, with AMR's expanding coverage complementing Aberdeen's already excellent research, we might finally start to see the analyst traction that Spend Management deserves.
