Technology Negotiations are Never Just a Question of Price

Negotiating technology contracts and relationships -- including both software and consulting -- is an art unto itself. One of the more entertaining commentators I've come across on the subject is Jeffrey I. Gordon, who authors the above-linked blog, Licensing Handbook. While many of his posts are shorter on substance and longer on style and entertainment value, this is someone who clearly understands and can articulate the technology licensing game.
