Where’s Spend Matters Today?

The Spend Matters/MetalMiner team is out of the office today, at Chicago's University Club where we're hosting our first ever event (outside of pub debates in the UK), sponsored by Nucor and Zycus: International Trade Breaking Point.

It's been in the works for months, and we're very excited to bring together a fantastic group of sourcing, policy, and manufacturing experts to hash out the practical procurement, supply chain, total cost and supply risk implications of today's fast-changing global sourcing and trade landscape. We hope that everyone, from global sourcing managers to trade experts, comes away with something they can apply in their everyday roles.

Blog-wise, we're shaking things up today. Instead of the usual content, Jason and I will be live-blogging and live-Tweeting the entire event from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm CST. Check Spend Matters for live updates, or follow the Tweets (@spendmatters).

Furthermore, we'd like to invite you to watch the event as it happens. Watch the whole thing, or hop in and out for the sections that interest you most by clicking here at any time during the event:
