Coupa Inspire: Landed and Live Dispatches to Come! Jason Busch - April 9, 2013 5:28 AM | Categories: Commentary | Tags: Conferences and Events, Coupa, L1 I touched down yesterday afternoon in San Francisco for Coupa’s Inspire event. Even though it’s Coupa’s first event and customer conference, they’re expecting over 400 people. Not a bad showing! I hope not to disappoint the audience when I take the stage for a morning presentation about the disconnect between today's global environment and typical purchasing activities and priorities – and the walls procurement must break down to become more relevant given the overall climate. Throughout today and tomorrow, except when I'm on stage, I’m planning to write as many live blogs as possible from the event. I’ll plan to cover a range of topics, including stories and lessons learned from customer keynotes and presentations customers as well as the latest from Coupa, including the new features and capabilities in their latest product release (after I’ve had a chance to play in the sandbox a bit in the demo area). From a reporting standpoint, what I don’t get to today and tomorrow, we’ll be sure to post later this month. And look for deeper analysis, recommendations and comparative analysis on Spend Matters PRO as well. If you’re at the event and want to put a face to a name (or blog, as the case may be!) please track me down. I’m pretty easy to find – I’m usually the guy in the corner typing a mile a minute, suffering from a malady that my colleagues sometimes describe as the antithesis of writer’s block.
