Foreign Investors Turn to Cambodia, Dutch Meat Recall, Baby Formula Shortage, Saturday Mail Still On!

Tiffany’s & Co. is building a diamond-polishing factory in Cambodia, an increasingly popular country among foreign investors who want to decrease their reliance on factories in China.

Dutch authorities are recalling an estimated 50,000 tons of meat that is sold as beef across Europe but may contain horsemeat. The recall will affect about 500 food companies throughout Europe.

China’s high demand for foreign-produced baby formula is leading to shortages in the U.K., where some supermarkets have put a limit on how much formula each customer may buy.

The U.S. Postal System backs out of its earlier plan to end Saturday mail delivery, which would have saved $2 billion a year.
