SciQuest Looks Ahead: Product Planning and Acquisition Integration (Part 1) [Plus+]

For a company that expects to generate $90 million of revenue in 2013, three acquisitions is a lot to take on, even over a period of 2+ years, especially when weaving disparate stand-alone assets into an integrated vision and procurement solutions suite. Compared to other solution vendors, SciQuest has expanded its suite with best-of-breed components through more non-organic development (i.e., not internally built) than any other provider in the market. Moreover, they continue to enhance its core set of solutions in the eProcurement area and roll out new ones in adjacent sectors, like e-invoicing and AP services.
