Our audience for PRO and Plus is made up of two linked but distinct groups – procurement practitioners, generally pretty senior, and solution providers (consultants, software folk, procurement outsourcing providers). As an ex–practitioner CPO myself, I guess my material tends to be more often than not aimed at that community. But I hope today I can contribute something useful to both groups, or at least get you thinking about this and related issues. I don’t pretend for one second to be a deep expert (yet) in the nuances of e-invoicing platforms, dynamic discounting algorithms, or banking regulation. But maybe that does help me look at these issues similarly to how the vast majority of CPOs and similar folk out there who might be contemplating getting more involved, and upping their own personal learning curve.
