UK Abandons Defense Procurement Privatization, US Farmers Hoarding Corn, Chicago Blue Line Overhaul
The U.K. government has abandoned its plans to privatize defense procurement after only one contract bidder remained.
With corn prices at a three-year low, many U.S. farmers are hoarding freshly harvested supplies in anticipation of a rebound.
