McHugh Construction, one of Chicago’s best-known construction companies, has agreed to pay $14 million in a settlement over what could be deemed supplier diversity fraud.

Pfizer’s latest takeover offer for AstraZeneca, this time 63 billion pounds ($106 billion), was again rejected.
