Supplier Diversity Fraud in Chicago, AstraZeneca Rejects Pfizer’s Latest Takeover Offer

McHugh Construction, one of Chicago’s best-known construction companies, has agreed to pay $14 million in a settlement over what could be deemed supplier diversity fraud.
