Samsung is once again facing scrutiny for working with a supplier in China that may be using child labor.
Yet Samsung received some positive news this week: A U.S. judge has rejected Apple’s request for an injunction against the smartphone maker regarding patents. Apple had previously won a suit against Samsung over three patents.
