Google’s New Smartphone Competes with iPhone, Toyota Recalls Millions of Vehicles

Google has unveiled its new Nexus 6 smartphone, a device that will sell for nearly $650. The phone is reportedly larger than the new iPhone 6 and aims to compete with the Apple product.

Toyota announced it will recall 1.67 million vehicles worldwide due to problems with brakes. The Japanese carmaker will also recall nearly 759,000 vehicles - 423,000 of which are in the US - due to defective fuel delivery pipes that may cause a fire.

Drug maker AbbVie is reportedly having second thoughts about a possible merger with Irish company Shire.

Costco will begin selling Kirkland goods and other products online to people in China. It has teamed up with Alibaba, the Chinese e-commerce company.
