Car Sales Fall, CEOs Expect Rises in Capital Spending

US car sales declined in February for many of the major automakers. Ford, for instance, saw sales slump 2%.

CEOs of major US companies, however, are optimistic regarding sales and capital spending over the next 6 months.

BlackBerry has released a touch-screen smartphone that will sell for $275, much less than similar devices on the market.

Springleaf Holdings, a personal finance company, will acquire Citigroup’s OneMain Financial lender. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2015.
