Accenture bought BBVA’s 66.7% stake in Solium, making it the sole owner of the company. Supplier collaboration solution provider Tradeshift also announced it has formed a partnership with EcoVadis – a deal that will give Tradeshift’s customers access to EcoVadis’ supplier sustainability ratings platform. Apple shipped 4.2 million of its smartwatches during the second quarter of 2015, according to recent estimates. The numbers make Apple the top wearable band vendor in the world. Gold prices hit a 5-year low on Monday, falling nearly $40 an ounce to reach levels below $1,100, due in part to lower than expected demand from China. And, experts say they don’t expect the precious metal to make significant gains in prices anytime soon.
