BravoSolution Conference – free places available now!

Here’s a great offer available from software firm BravoSolution, to whom regular or even irregular readers will need no introduction I’m sure.  They’re holding their conference on July 10th at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow, titled "BravoConnect: Enabling Procurement Innovation".  And they’re offering a number of places free to interested procurement practitioners*.

I’m speaking at the event - OK, OK, don’t all rush at once -  on “The Future of the Procurement Professional – Skills, Roles and Threats”.  I’m going to be looking at how procurement professionals will need to adapt to change, and the skills we’re going to need in the profession to succeed in  the next 10 years. I promise to be controversial and there may even be music involved in it.

And other speakers include David Smith (no, not that one), who is CEO, Global Futures and Foresight. He’s a professional “futurologist” and is covering “The Future and its Impact on Supply Chains”.  I’ve checked him out on YouTube and I think he’s going to be fascinating, if a little bit scary in places. There are other presentations plus some case studies from organisations who have used procurement technology to make real improvements in their performance.  There is even a slap up gala dinner on the evening of the 10th as well if you can stay for that!

You can book here, with or without accommodation (for which there is a charge)  See you at Heathrow next moth maybe.

*I suspect that doesn’t apply if you’re employed by Ariba, IBM, etc...!
