Editorial Calendar, Invitation to Sponsor and Contribute

Our sister site over in the US has released a new Content Calendar for 2017 – basically what we would call "Forward Features". It has been constructed around what our site traffic patterns tell us about readership and interest, and from that we have devised the top 6 most popular topics or research areas. The foundation for the content calendar is a monthly focus on each of the topics, whether research, webinars, articles or interviews (requires a short registration). But, or course, our US team will keep their usual day-to-day topical coverage. Call it a bonus!

There are four technology tracks for every month:

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Contingent Workforce and Business Services Procurement
  • Risk Management & Compliance

And two CPO/practitioner-specific tracks:

  • Procurement as a Service
  • Intelligent Procurement

Each track will feature articles, webinars and white paper and case study releases. The content will be of the usual high Spend Matters quality - the difference is, readers, sponsors and contributors will know what to expect and when, helping them to plan better.

And why would you need to know this here on the easterly side of the Atlantic? We will not be involved in much of the more technology-focused analysis that will be going on, but we will bring you coverage of the webinars and papers that relate to each month’s topic, and key messages or discussions arising.

We would also welcome guest posts from our readers around any of the topics, potentially for both our US site and this one  – send to nclinton@spendmatters.com

You can also be involved by sponsoring any of the topics/events if you wish, contact our client services team for opportunities. So do get in touch if you would like to be involved.
