Exclusive! BiP Solutions Announces Acquisition of Pro-Mark Media

This morning BiP Solutions (BiP) announced its acquisition of Pro-Mark Media (PMM) -- a leading UK construction media company -- strengthening both firms’ capabilities in providing targeted market intelligence to the construction sector supply chain.

BiP is well established in offering business intelligence services, consultancy services, in-house training and focused events (like the GO Awards we have been reporting on recently) to buyers and suppliers in both the public and private sectors. Its range of solutions support procurement, supply chain and supplier engagement optimisation programmes for clients in the UK and Europe. PMM is a leading publisher of news, analysis and commentary, promoting opportunities within the supply chains for construction projects through an established portfolio of digital magazines and online channels.

BiP has more than 30 years’ experience advising organisations how to achieve best practice procurement and helping them identify and win contracts, and as many of these are in the construction space, the venture is mutually beneficial. The partnership, it is said, will strengthen both firms’ capabilities and increase opportunities for them to promote their services and expertise.
