New Year, New Job? Use procurement techniques to make the right decision

The end of the year is a classic time for taking stock, making the new year resolutions, and perhaps even thinking about changing jobs, employers or even careers. Now, as procurement people, we all know how to run tender evaluation processes. So one option you might consider if you are thinking about a change is to run a formal evaluation process to assess the merits of the prospective new job (even if it is just at the stage of a theoretical potential move) and your current situation.
