Unless something extraordinary happens, the UK will leave the EU in just six months time. Well, probably … While many organisations have been adopting a wait and see approach, that is becoming increasingly untenable as the clock continues to tick. This is not the time to assume that all will somehow be well – organisations need to be proactive and take some actions now as well as planning for the different options which are still on the cards. (Actually, from what we have seen recently, anyone who assumes that our politicians will “make it all right” needs their head examining).
