Chinese Pork Producer to Buy Smithfield, Wal-Mart Fined $82m for Dumping, Facebook's Targeted Ads Gone Wrong

Smithfield Foods is to be sold to China’s largest pork processor for $4.72 billion, the largest Chinese takeover of an American company, according to Bloomberg.

Wal-Mart pleads guilty to dumping hazardous waste in California and Missouri and is to be fined $82 million.
