Ross Stores Fined $3.9M, Delta and Virgin Atlantic to Begin Passenger-Sharing, Twinkies Make a Sweet Comeback

Ross Stores agreed to a $3.9 million fine for selling defective children’s clothes despite earlier warnings from the Consumer Product Safety Commission that the clothes could cause strangulation.

Delta closed a deal to purchase a 49% stake in Virgin Atlantic, a decision announced this morning. The two airlines will begin passenger-sharing next month.
