OpenText to Buy GXS, Dell’s Chinese Suppliers Broke Labor Laws, SMART by GEP

Canadian business software company Open Text has agreed to buy cloud services company GXS Group for $1.17 billion.

A special government-appointed board in Bangladesh voted to roughly double the minimum wage, which must be approved by the Labor Ministry before going into effect.
