FDA Reviewing Antibacterial Soap Safety, Holiday Spending to Fall, Ikea Accused of Spying on Employees

The FDA is requiring makers of antibacterial soaps to demonstrate that their products are safe and do not cause bacterial resistance.

According to a new survey, nearly four in 10 Americans plan on spending less this holiday season than they did last year, with only 14% planning to spend more.
