Security Breach at Target Affects 40 Million Customers, Hershey to Buy Chinese Candy Maker, Shoplifting Mugs

A security breach at Target has put 40 million customers’ credit and debit card information at risk.

Hershey will buy Chinese candy maker Shanghai Golden Monkey Food Co. for $498 million, as part of the former company’s plans to expand operations in China.

Bars are restricting orders of the popular cocktail Moscow Mule, with some taking it off the menu altogether, due to patrons stealing the expensive copper mugs that the drinks are served in.

Darden Restaurants is planning to spin out Red Lobster to its shareholders, though a sale of the business is also possible.
