OpenText Buys GXS, NLRB Accuses Wal-Mart of Labor Law Violations, Yahoo’s COO Leaves

Wal-Mart has been accused by the National Labor Relations Board of violating the rights of workers who took part in strikes and protest in more than a dozen states in the last two years.
