American, JetBlue End Partnership, Bangladesh Factory Inspection Report, QR Codes on Energy Bills

American Airlines and JetBlue are ending their partnership that included agreements on ticketing, baggage handling, and frequent-flyer programs.

The latest factory inspections in Bangladesh found inadequate fire doors, lack of sprinkler systems, and dangerously high weight loads on several floors.

The chairman of Sprint has said that he would like to buy T-Mobile, a deal that would combine the third and fourth biggest wireless companies in the U.S.

The UK’s energy ministers plan to require energy suppliers to display QR codes on household bills, thus allowing consumers to compare prices. Critics argue that the necessity of a smartphone would prevent the law from helping those most in need of lower energy bills.
