General Mills Voiding Consumers’ Rights to Sue, Home Depot Branches into E-Commerce

General Mills is quietly updating its privacy policy to void consumers’ right to sue if they download coupons, enter a company-sponsored sweepstakes, or “Like” the company on Facebook.

Home Depot is branching into e-commerce as it plans to open two distribution centers this year and only one store.
