1.8M Pounds of Beef Recalled due to E. Coli Cases, AstraZeneca Rejects Pfizer’s Final Offer

A Detroit meatpacking company is recalling 1.8 million pounds of ground beef after it was linked to nearly a dozen E. coli cases in four states.

AstraZeneca has rejected what Pfizer said was its final offer of $120 billion.

Airbus does not plan on buying any of its suppliers, according to a senior strategy official.

The U.S. has charged five people in China’s People’s Liberation Army with cyberspying. Westinghouse, United States Steel, and Alcoa were among the companies targeted by the hackers.
