NJ Sues Energy Suppliers for Fraud, E2open Acquires Serus Corporation, Boycotting Amazon

New Jersey has filed a lawsuit against three third-party energy suppliers, alleging that they defrauded hundreds of consumers through misrepresentations of monthly bill reductions.

Cloud-based solution provider E2open announces its acquisition of Serus Corporation, a leader in extended supply chain management for high tech companies, for about $18.5 million.

Spring and T-Mobile, the third and fourth largest wireless phone operators in the U.S., have settled on a $32 billion deal that is likely to be announced this summer.

Stephen Colbert is the latest to support boycotting Amazon for its conflict with Hachette Books, in which the e-commerce retailer has used strong-arm tactics to get a better profit-sharing deal.
