China’s Military Spending Estimated at $145B, UPS Names New CEO, Saving Detroit with Goats

The Pentagon estimates that China’s military spending exceeded $145 billion last year, 21 percent above the $119.5 billion figure announced by China.

UPS has named Chief Operating Officer David Abney to replace CEO Scott Davis, who is retiring.
