McDonald’s Reconsiders Ties to OSI, Amazon Buys Video Game Platform

McDonald’s Corp. may change its mind regarding its relationship with OSI Group Inc., a U.S.-based meat supplier. Last month, McDonald’s announced it would stick with OSI, however, more recently, a spokesperson for the fast food chain said McDonald’s is discussing severing ties with the meat provider. Inc. purchased the streaming video platform Twitch Interactive Inc. for approximately $970 million in cash.

The International Chamber of Commerce's International Maritime Bureau recently issued a warning to the maritime sector, saying the supply chain will be the next “playground for hackers,” and is facing increasing threats of cyber attacks.

Ohio has invested a record amount into minority-owned businesses. The state spent $165.6 million during the latest fiscal year, which ended June 30.
