Now that The Donald has officially left Senator Ted Cruz in his orange wake upon winning the Indiana primary, we thought we'd take stock of the reality that Mr. Trump looks to be the Republican nominee for president.

Here are three industries procurement should worry about under Future-President Trump:

  • Construction. Get those RFXs revving, because this is what it would cost to build that "tremendous" US-Mexico border wall.
  • International Defense. What, me worry? “I’m gonna build a military that’s gonna be much stronger than it is right now,” Trump has said on Meet the Press. “It’s gonna be so strong, nobody’s gonna mess with us. But you know what? We can do it for a lot less.” Is he right?
  • Marketing. One thing's for certain: Trump has no problem justifying the value of his marketing spend, as it has so far done wonders.
