Workday acquires VNDLY (Part 2): M&A rapid analysis of Workday, competitors and investor activity

Last week, Workday announced it was acquiring VNDLY, a services procurement technology provider focused on managing services spend and the extended workforce (including staffing firms, freelancers/gig workers and entity-level MSA/SOW relationships).
