At a recent Emerging Tech and Innovation Showcase, Public Spend Forum and GovShop hosted three female-led AR/VR companies. These companies use technologies for child welfare, creating fantasy environments, building data visualizations and virtual learning.
The showcase is designed to lower the barriers and costs for small businesses to enter the public sector market. Each weekly showcase gives entrepreneurs from emerging companies the opportunity to deliver a technology pitch in front of a diverse audience of government buyers from the local, state and federal agencies.
