Brooklyn Solutions: Vendor Analysis 2023 Addendum

This addendum to the Spend Matters Vendor Analysis for Brooklyn Solutions (the new name of Brooklyn Vendor Assurance that we covered in 2021) focuses on the main changes at company and product levels.

The supplier management solution (SxM) also offers considerable contract management depth due to its historical and unchanged focus on post-contract activities. However, since our last coverage, it has extended its footprint and evolved (and changed its name) to cover customer-facing contracts and the management of customers.
