In the previous parts of our series, we covered AI in detail, highlighting its evolution over time and the different levels of AI. We also covered the state of AI adoption in business and procurement. However, we didn’t address the elephant in the room: generative AI.

Generative AI has captured the attention of many people because of the broad use cases that it can cover (anyone can relate to a tangible use case, which is very different from other past technologies such as blockchain) and of its human-like capabilities which represent a significant new step in AI’s evolution.
