Making change less scary for Procurement professionals

Going all the way back to the philosopher Heraclitus, the only constant has been change, a fact that has only intensified in recent years with global events and technological innovations. However, even though the seminal works on corporate change management are almost two decades old, many organizations fail to navigate change due to the same reasons over and over again.
