People, Process, Technology and Data

In our last article, we discussed the importance of cleaning your data before you start your digital transformation journey. While that sounds great in theory, it is much harder in practice due to two simple reasons: people and process. 

As the famous adage goes, people, processes and technology go hand-in-hand. It is impossible to consider one without the others. This is the same for data. 

Clean, usable data starts with data governance, which requires people and processes to be aligned cross-functionally.
