An emerging threat to the standalone intake and orchestration market

When we released Spring 2025 SolutionMap rankings in March, we introduced the intake and orchestration module. The SolutionMap process is extremely thorough, as it involves a robust RFI process, several hours of live product demonstrations, customer references and more. For intake and orchestration vendors, the RFI and product demonstrations covered roughly 100 unique elements. The result of this effort is available for Insider members, but rather than repeating information or taking a deeper dive on particular vendors, the purpose of this post is to evaluate the intake and orchestration market as a whole.
