About our speaker:
Tony Hagland is Senior Business Partner for Corporate & Capital Accounting at Blaenau Gwent Council, where he has worked for over 30 years. Current responsibilities include Statutory Accounts & Returns, Capital, Treasury Management, VAT, Financial System Development and the Creditor Payment function. Having qualified as a prize-winner in 2000, Tony is a fellow member of CIPFA and has contributed time to the CIPFA Wales Executive and Local Authority Accounting Panel.
