Exclusive! — Per Angusta and Silex Seal Strategic Partnership

Per Angusta, Procurement Performance Management (PPM) solution, and Silex, a cognitive sourcing platform, have joined forces to offer both private and public sector purchasing organisations a unique combination to improve purchasing performance.

The two platforms will integrate via an API and Per Angusta users will now have access, right from the sourcing phase, to the latest technologies in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data developed by Silex.

A native integration between the two platforms means users will be in a unique position to initiate purchasing projects and, at the same time, select the most relevant suppliers. The Per Angusta users will be able to identify all the suppliers available on the market, and analyse and solicit the most relevant companies. The information collected during the sourcing phase in Silex will then be transferred back into Per Angusta and through the Silex Artificial Intelligence and Big Data technologies users will be able to adopt the right purchasing strategy from the sourcing phase, to obtain the best impact on their global performance.

Silex, as a relative start-up, focuses on modernising the Purchasing function through AI technology development to organise and accelerate purchasing processes. Paris-based it currently has 30 employees and boasts some large customers including Total, Monoprix and the French Department of Defence.
