It’s A Holiday! And The Sun Is Out In England

It is a Bank (public) Holiday in the UK today so I’m afraid you will have to wait another 24 hours for your regular dose of procurement news, analysis and insight. And unusually for a holiday, in most of England and Wales at least, the weather is amazing.

We will be back later this morning with our review of the final day of Reading Festival, so look out for that if you’re into music as well as buying stuff. And if you really can’t do without procurement for another 24 hours, then there is our US site, staffed by the poor Americans who don’t have a holiday today. There’s always a huge amount of good content there.

Anyway, I’ll be frantically writing today having had a few days’ off for the annual musical pilgrimage, so we’ll be back tomorrow with our usual more business focused material. However, we will return to Reading next weekend, when we will hear how our colleague Nancy Clinton (and her daughter) found the event on their first ever visit.
