Ivalua Launches P2P Quick Deployment Package

Ivalua this week has announced its P2P quick deployment package, which will allow customers to roll out a full version of its P2P solution in 8-12 weeks. The package offers the full capabilities and extensibility of the Ivalua platform and allows for rapid no-fee supplier onboarding. Full press release is here.

Basware Announces €50m PE Investment 

Basware has signed a financing agreement with funds advised by Bregal Milestone LLP. The €50 million ‘loan’ is due in September 2024 and will be used for ‘general corporate purposes including refinancing existing debt of the Company and for future growth.’ Read the press release here.

Working capital solutions provider, Taulia, has rolled out the next-level enhancement of its buyer platform, bringing enhanced AI capabilities to its programmes. The platform taps into aggregated data on supplier behaviour, and with other external data sources, informs and simplifies the decision-making process for businesses operating early payment programmes.
