Jaggaer interview – consolidation and growth
This week we held an extensive interview with new Jaggaer CEO Jim Bureau. Wax Digital Acquisition
We covered the exciting news in the market that UK-head-quartered e-procurement firm Wax Digital was acquired by global accounts payable (AP) invoice automation solution provider, Medius. Following the announcement, in a series of Nexus briefs, Jason Busch looks deeper into why Medius would buy Wax Digital, the company background, its product strengths and weaknesses, and the rationale behind the deal. Per Angusta – Darkbeam Partnership
Last night we broke the news that SaaS-based Procurement Performance Management (PPM) solution provider, Per Angusta, has partnered with Darkbeam, which specialises in the collection, processing and analysis of data to provide bespoke digital risk solutions. The partnership means procurement teams can better understand the cyber threats and vulnerabilities within their supply base and reduce the threat of digital risk. Read more about that here.
Givewith and SAP Ariba Partnership
SAP Ariba announced a partnership this week for Givewith’s social impact solution to integrate with Ariba’s sourcing module to enable companies to find nonprofit groups that can help improve the companies' corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability efforts.
