In the second part of European analyst Magnus Bergfors’ five tips for choosing the right procurement technology, Magnus focuses on the second two tips: Don’t try to do everything at once and Focus on the basics first. His first recommendation was to identify the root cause for why you want to invest in procurement technology. It’s worth reading his series before you think about investing.
