Aon, a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement, and health solutions, has partnered with Bunker, a self-described “instant business insurance and compliance platform for independent workers and enterprises,” to enable digital economy companies to manage contractor business insurance. Uber Freight to Launch in Germany

Uber will launch a freight platform in Germany in an effort to get a share of Europe's $500 billion trucking market. An Uber executive told Reuters that Germany will be Uber Freight’s second market to go live on the continent after the Netherlands. Read more here.

Study Shows Sustainability Awareness Rising

A new report: “2019 Sustainable Procurement Barometer” indicates that more and more organisations are becoming sustainability-aware, but challenges still remain. More businesses are recognizing the importance of sustainability practices related to procurement, according to the report released by EcoVadis and the New York University Stern Center for Sustainable Business.
